All Goodsy orders are shipped through Wakilni, our delivery partner.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and delivery conditions.

Business Days

Our estimated delivery time is calculated using business days only.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

For example:

• An order placed on Friday may begin processing on the next business day.

• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed starting from the next available business day.

Public holidays and official closures are also not considered business days and may affect delivery times.

Once your order is received, our team prepares it for shipment and hands it over to Wakilni for delivery.

After the order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier workload, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order.

The courier may contact you using the phone number provided with your order to coordinate delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete contact or address information may result in delivery delays.
